Tailbone Tapping
Tailbone Tapping is often done during the opening exercises of our practice; however, it is a very beneficial movement on its own. This exercise opens the bottom half of the body. This can open the reproductive channels to assist with pregnancy and can aid in the healing of prostate cancer and fibrous tumours in the ovaries. Your tailbone is considered an important gateway for life-force energy into your kidneys. This channel also connects to your brain and reproductive organs.
